Welcome to Alice Byrne Elementary School, home of the Mustangs! A member of Yuma School District One, we are a Highly Performing School under Arizona Learns that includes grades K–5. Notably, we are a "Beat the Odds" school and were recognized in a PBS special titled Good to Great, featuring Jim Collins. We provide a warm and nurturing environment where we recognize every child for his or her individual qualities. We take great pride in educating every child to a high standard.
Our teachers are fantastic! We have recognized many with Teacher of the Year awards. You can expect that we will be kind and dedicated and work to help your child meet and exceed all state standards. We are devoted to developing the character of children by helping them to make good choices.

Dear Parents,
Welcome to Alice Byrne Elementary School! We want to thank you for your continued support of all of our staff and our students. As the new principal of Alice Byrne Elementary School, it is my pleasure to serve such an excellent community as your lead learner. Our teachers and staff, along with myself, are dedicated and committed to each student's achievement.
As a staff, we all work collaboratively to evaluate our decision-making process utilizing research-based practices and data focusing on academics and students' social emotional well being. We have high expectations for each and every student to reach their greatest potential while working to personalize learning for all students. At Alice Byrne Elementary School, we believe that every student is capable of success.
